The Rest of the Wedding Day

The wedding didn't end with the luncheon.  Maris and Emmaline took some time to get to know one other better.  They've become good friends.

 

 Camden loved every minute of the wedding and reception.  (Note Brandy's cute yellow shoes in the foreground.)  Below:  Brandy seems to be running a nursery here.

The reception was held at our church and looked beautiful with all the yellow table covers and the fresh flowers.  The cake looked festive on a bistro table in the center of the room. Alicia's favorite part was the elairs (and the strawberries).  I was busy and didn't take any pictures during the reception.  Thanks to Briana for these.

 

Emmaline doesn't know if she likes sitting on that big dress.  She doesn't know if she likes Uncle Brian either.

 

 Nathan and Maris are full of smiles. Emmaline and Maris have continued their friendship. Below: Nathan and Emmaline visit with Halle and Karissa.  Camden likes the reception as much as he liked the wedding.                 

Neither Erik nor Alicia really like cake, but they did a good job cutting it ceremoniously.  It was a beautiful day with a radiant bride and groom, a wonderful wedding and reception.
